Healing results from sincere blessings in which one wishes the person, or object of the blessing, the very best.
Blessing is a form of giving. Giving is a form of service. Service is what life is all about. I, Anna, truly believe in this!

Universally, blessing is an effective spiritual practice.
Blessing is one of the oldest spiritual practices of mankind and can be found in numerous religions and spiritual practices of humankind.
Everyone can bless everything. Bless yourself, your family, your friends, and strangers. Bless nature, life and the universe.
Spiritual Clearing and Balancing
The universe is energy. We are energy. Everything is energy.
Our energies become unbalanced as we go through our life experiences, and this may harm our physical and energy bodies.
Sometimes, while blessing a person, Spirit lets me know the person’s energy is out of balance. I then proceed to intuitively bring the energy into balance.
Once the energy is balanced, Spirit provides guidance for that person’s good. I usually record and send a message that may include advice, instructions, prayers or requests.
I work intuitively and follow guidance from Spirit. I may have to bless and balance a person’s energy or to bless, balance and clear the energy fields.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
First and foremost, you must be willing to receive a blessing and to have your energy fields cleared and balanced. Once this is a clear wish, contact me via email.

About me
I lived in Africa for quite some time during my younger years and met very special people with great knowledge of life, healing and faith.
My path to self-knowledge started after my son was born, 21 years ago. I learned Reiki, took courses on healing crystals and then followed another path.

The need to continue believing in life, no matter how hard it is at times, led me back to seeking. I got to know my inner self through the Pathwork®, became lighter and more loving, accepting and compassionate. And then I was guided to learn how to bless people.
Ancient Rocks
I once went to a huge circle of stones in the early hours of an autumn day. The wonder of being there was such that I felt the stones murmuring secrets…Five years later, I went to a much smaller circle of stones and this time the stones were louder and more adamant: it is time!
"Time for what?" I wondered. I knelt in front of a dolmen and had a vision of a line of indigenous women calling me. I heeded their call. Over the following months, I discovered that one of my maternal ancestors was a Xokleng woman forced to marry a European white man during the colonization of Brazil. I also found out that one of my paternal great-grandmothers had indigenous blood and was a blesser/healer, as was my father.

The more I open myself to the new-old information, the more I feel connected to my ancestral past.
